Summary

Mercenaries Saga 2 - Order of the Silver Eagle works great in Citra.

Graphically, you may or may not need to deactivate Hardware Shader for the emulator to show graphics without any issues. You may experience slow down once you are into a battle, but this is unlikely as game was played using a low end laptop.
